Selection Process: –
Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of Career Marking &
Written Test.

 

How
to Apply
: – Candidates are advised to read the
instructions carefully before applying online. Candidates are required to apply
online through website http://opsc.gov.in . No
other mode will be accepted. Candidates are requested to upload the latest
passport size photograph and signature. After successful submission of the
online Registration, a unique Permanent Public Service Account Number will be
assigned to the applicant.

Selection Method

The selection of
candidates for the posts of Ayurvedic Medical Officers will be made on the
basis of Career Marking & Written Test..

Career Marking shall
be for 30% (10% each for Class 10th, 12th and BAMS) and
70% for Written Test.

The Written
examination shall be of two papers carrying 100 marks each with duration of one
and half hour for each paper. The questions will be objective type of multiple
choice pattern. The questions will be as per the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine
and Surgery. There will be no negative marking system in the written
examination. Candidates who will qualify in the written examination will be
required to bring the hard copy of online application form along with copies of
relevant certificates.

The qualifying mark is
50% for UR & SEBC candidates and 45% for P.H. category and 40% for ST &
SC category of candidates.
