Educational Qualification: –

Name of Post	Qualification
Senior Manager	Post Graduate from any recognized University or MFC/MBA or CA. Candidate must have passed Punjabi language in Matric Standard and have five years of experience.
Manager	Post Graduate from any recognized University or MFC/MBA or CA. Candidate must have passed Punjabi language in Matric Standard.
Information Technology Officer	MCA/M.Sc. Information Technology from any recognized University or B.E. /B.Tech from a recognized University in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication Engineering.
Clerk cum Data Entry Operator	Graduation with Diploma/ Certificate in Computer from an Institute and should have passed Punjabi Language examination.
Steno typists	Graduation with Diploma/ Certificate in Computer from an Institute and should have passed Punjabi Language examination and Punjabi, English Short hand speed @80 w.p.m and transcription @20 w.p.m.

Pattern of Examination

The Selection will be
based on the basis of Written Test and Skill Test. The Question Paper for
written examination will comprise of multiple choice questions with one correct
answer. The Time Allotted for the examination is 120 minutes. There will be negative
marking for every wrong answer and 0.25 marks will be deducted. Candidates are
advised to visit official website for the syllabus which is given separately
for each post. Applicants are required to practice previous year papers and
sample papers which are available on internet. To qualify in the written
examination, candidates of all categories except SC category would be required
to score at least 40% minimum marks. For SC category candidates the minimum qualifying
marks will be 35%.

For the post of
steno-typist there will be separate Punjabi and English Shorthand skill test
after merit of written test. A speed @80 w.p.m and transcription@20 w.p.m is
required.
