The Selection of
Candidates will be based on Written Examination.

Lower Division Clerk, Data Entry Operator, JSA and

The Selection of Candidates
will be based on Skill Test and Written Examination.

 

How to Apply:
-Candidates are required to apply online through the website www.apssb.nic.in .Candidates are required to
upload the latest passport size photo and signature. Shortlisted candidates
will have to submit copies of the following documents

      I.           Recent passport size
photograph.

     II.          Matriculation certificates.

    III.       
Class 12th pass
certificate and marksheet issued by the Board.

   IV.           APST Certificate.

    V.            Permanent Resident
Certificate.

   VI.          Certificate of 06 months
Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Board.

Certificate of 1 year
Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Board.

TIPS TO CRACK
THE EXAMINATION

Candidates
are required to clear two stages for the final selection in the Examination.
The Stage 1 is Written Examination which is Objective based multiple choice
questions and Stage 2 is Skill Test.

Stage
1 is 300 Marks comprises of

(a)   General
English – 100 marks , 50 questions of 2 marks each

(b)   Elementary
Math –  100 marks, 50 questions of 2
marks each

(c)   General
Knowledge – 100 marks, 50 questions of 2 marks each

The
total number of questions is 150 and each question carries 2 marks. Total time
allotted for the test is 03 hours. There is no negative marking scheme. A
candidate must secure a minimum of 33% or more marks in each subject in the
written examination paper and must secure 45% of marks out of aggregate total
marks in the written examination paper.

The
total number of candidates shortlisted for Stage 2 (Skill Test) will be in 1:3
ratio.

 

Stage
2 is Skill Test

A
Skill Test comprising of the following

(a)   Typing
Test- Typing Speed test of 35 words per minute on computer.

(b)   Basic
Computer Application (50 marks)

The
candidate will have to secure at least 33% in aggregate to qualify the Computer
Application Test. Skill Test will be of qualifying nature only, the marks
secured will not be counted for preparation of the final Merit.

Stage
2 is not Applicable for candidates for the post of Agriculture Field Assistant
and Laboratory Assistant.

Candidates
are advised to go through the syllabus of examination which is available on the
official website and prepare accordingly. There is no negative marking, so
candidates are advised to attempt all the questions. Candidates are required to
practice previous year papers and sample papers which is available on internet.
