Educational Qualification:
–

Name of Post	Qualification
Graduate Trainee (Finance)	CA intermediate / Graduate in Commerce from a recognized University.
Graduate Trainee (HR)	Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
Diploma Trainee (Technical)	Diploma in Mining / Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering from an Institute recognized by AICTE.
Junior Supervisor (Rajbhasha)	Master’s Degree from a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory subject. Candidates should have One year work experience in translation from English to Hindi.
Personal Secretary	Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with English as a compulsory subject. Candidates should have one year work experience of independently managing secretarial activities of Office of GM/Director/CMD.
Tradesman Trainee (ITI)	SSC or equivalent Examination from a recognized Board with ITI / NAC with two years experience in the relevant Trade.
Attendant Operator- Chemical Plant	SSC or equivalent Examination from a recognized Board with ITI/NAC in Attendant Operator.
