Degree in any discipline is essential.
Recognized PG Diploma in Personnel Management/Labour Welfare/Industrial
Relations/ Management/ Behavioral Science/Trg. & Development /HRD/ HRM
(duration of not less than 2 years or full time regular course of 1 year) and
the candidates should have experience as an executive in Govt. or PSU.

Assistant General Manager
(Environment)

Degree in Engg. with PG Diploma in
Environmental Science/Degree in Environmental Engineering  and the candidates should have experience as
an executive in Govt. or PSU.

Assistant General Manager (Mechanical)

Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Production
Engineering  and the candidates should
have experience as an executive in Govt. or PSU.

Assistant General Manager (Despatch)

Degree in any discipline is essential.
PG diploma in Management (Duration of not less than 2 years or full time
regular course of 1 year) is desirable  and the candidates should have experience as an executive
in Govt. or PSU.

Assistant General Manager (E&I)

Degree in Electronics
/Instrumentation/Telecom Engineering/ Degree in Electrical Engineering  and the candidates should have experience as an executive

Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) and the candidates

Industrial Safety recognized by the Odisha State Government or Regional
Labour Institute under DGFASLI (Ministry of Labour & Employment, GOI)

Degree in Mining Engineering with 1^st
Class Mine Managers’ Certificate of Competency in COAL under CMR 2017 and the candidates
should have experience as an executive in Govt. or PSU.

Recognized PG Diploma in Computer Science  OR Master in Computer Application OR M-Tech
