Pattern of Written test for the Posts of Technical Assistant & Technical Officer
The Written Examination is having 200 Questions and Time Allotted for the Exam is 3 hours. There will be three Papers, Time allotted for the Paper -1 is 1 hour and the Number of Question are 50. Paper-1 is based on Mental Ability Test and there will be no negative marking in the paper, Maximum Marks for Paper 1 is 100.
Paper 2 is based on General Awareness and English Language. The total number of questions are 50 and the maximum marks is 150. There will one negative mark for every wrong answer. Time allotted for the paper is 30 minutes.
Paper 3 is based on Concerned Subject. The number of questions are 100 and the maximum marks for this paper is 300. Time allotted for the paper is 90 minutes and there will be negative marking for every wrong answer.
Paper 1 will be qualifying in nature and merit will be based on performance of the candidates in paper-2 & paper 3 together.
