Age: – Minimum is 18 years and Maximum age 24 years as on 31.01.2021 for General &
EWS category. Relaxation of upper age limit to SC/ST/OBC/NCL/PwBD candidates
shall be extended as per Govt. guidelines.
Apprenticeship Training: –
- 12 Months for all disciplines except
- Trade Apprentice – Data Entry Operator (Fresher) will be having 15
Months training - Trade Apprentice – Retail Sales Associate (Fresher) will be having
14 Months training
Educational Qualification: –
For Trade Apprentice (Fitter): – Matric with Regular Full Time ITI
(Fitter) course recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
For Trade Apprentice (Electrician): – Matric with Regular Full
Time ITI (Electrician) course recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
For Trade Apprentice (Electronic Mechanic): – Matric with Regular
Full Time ITI (Electronic Mechanic) course recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
For Trade Apprentice (Instrument Mechanic): – Matric with Regular
Full Time ITI (Instrument Mechanic) course recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
For Trade Apprentice (Machinist): – Matric with Regular Full Time
ITI (Machinist) course recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
For Technician Apprentice (Mechanical): – Diploma in Mechanical
Engineering from recognized University.
For Technician Apprentice (Electrical): – Diploma in Electrical
Engineering from recognized University.
For Technician Apprentice (Instrumentation): – Diploma in
Instrumentation Engineering from recognized University.
For Technician Apprentice (Civil): – Diploma in Civil Engineering
from recognized University.
For Technician Apprentice (Electrical & Electronics): –
Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from recognized University.
For Technician Apprentice (Electronics): – Diploma in Electronics
Engineering from recognized University.
For Trade Apprentice Accountant: – Graduate in any discipline from
recognized University.
For Trade Apprentice Data Entry Operator (Fresher Apprentices): –
12th pass.
For Trade Apprentice Data Entry Operator (Skilled Certificate
Holders): – 12th class or its equivalent with Skill Certificate
holder in Domestic Data Entry Operator.
For Trade Apprentice Retail Sales Associate (Fresher): – 12th
pass.
For Trade Apprentice Retail Sales Associate (Skilled Certificate
Holders): – 12th pass. Candidates should possess Skill Certificate
of Retail Trainee Associate.
Stipend: – Stipend payable to apprentices per month as per Apprentices
Rules 1992 and Corporation’s guidelines.

How to Crack this Exam
Selection
of Candidate based on Written Test which is of 90 Minutes duration. The Written
test will comprise of 100 questions with Objective Type Multiple Choice
Questions consisting of four option with one correct option.
Candidates
need to prepare Quantitative Aptitude and Basic English Language with Technical
relevant discipline. Candidates practice questions as much as he can and try to
solve sample papers and previous year papers with considering time limit as a
factor.
The
candidates will have to secure a minimum of 40% marks in written test to
qualify for selection process. Candidates selected as apprentices will have to
fulfill the minimum physical fitness standard. The selected candidates have to
show self attested certificates at the time of Document Verification.
