Educational Qualification: – Three years Diploma
examination in Civil Engineering awarded by the Pravidhik Shiksha Parishad
Uttar Pradesh.
Age Limit: – Candidate should be the
age of 18 years and must not have attained the age of 40 years as on 01.01.2021.
Age relaxation as per Government rule.
Pay Scale: – Rs. 44,900/- Pay Matrix level-7 plus Dearness and other allowances
admissible as per rules of UPPCL.

be conducted in two stages namely:
- Computer Based test
- Document Verification

How to Prepare this Exam: –
For Computer Based test
The Selection Process will be
based on Computer Based Test only.
The test shall be of 3 hour
duration with total 200 marks and shall comprise of total 200 questions, out of
which 150 questions shall be from the Diploma level Engineering Branch
syllabus, 20 questions of General Knowledge, 20 questions of Reasoning and 10
questions of General Hindi.
To crack this exam candidate
should prepare their branch syllabus thoroughly.
Note in exam each correct answer
shall carry one mark and each wrong answer shall carry additional negative mark
of 0.25.
Candidates who obtain less than
30% marks will be rejected for further process of selection. Maximum number of
candidates to be shortlisted for document verification will be equal to two
times the number of category wise vacancies.
Candidates should practice previous year papers and sample papers.
